I will give you tips on how to plate your courses, in the style of Michelin Star restaurants!
Prepare your mis-en-place (your ingredients, measured) ahead of the session, grab your favorite drinks, and get ready to join a fun virtual cooking party! Please note our class begins at 4 PM Pacific, 7:00PM Eastern on October 11th. An ingredient list, prep list and recipes will be emailed to you prior to the class.
In addition, for the plating demos, I will be using extra large forceps (tweezers), stove top grill, piping bag with star tip, off set spatula and squeeze bottle.
