·        Parchment paper or paper plates to sprinkle out the gold before rimming…

Here are some of the dishes and courses Lynn and Tasha will be working with:

·        Watermelon Vodka Cocktail garnished with orange slices, and gilded rim plus gilded champagne flute rim demo

·        Gilded Pomegranate demo and Gooseberry demo (cocktail garnish)

·        Carrot Velouté (thick, velvety smooth soup) with gold flakes

·        Gold and White Macarons gilded with gold and silver flakes

·        Chocolate Candies dusted with metallic gold and red shimmer powder

·        Mini Desserts featuring initialized chocolate seals with shimmer dust

·        Steak plated with vegetables and gilded with gold sheet

·        Holiday Sugar Cookies that will be gilded and then can be hung with ribbon

 

You will also receive a recipe package for the Watermelon Vodka Cocktail, Mini Chocolate Layered Desserts and Making Chocolate seals with a sealing wax stamp.
